ELECTRICIAN WORKER WITH INTRODUCTION TO HVAC CERTIFICATE
Refrigeration repairmen-helpers are skilled assistants to HVAC technicians and Installers.  As one of these workers you will be employed in a variety of businesses which have need of HVAC maintenance and repair people.  The range of employers is wide, from golf courses to state and county offices, commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, resorts and private residences.  Graduates can be OSHA-10 and Part 602 certified.   Workers of this class are skilled at diagnosing routine refrigeration failures and repairing them independently. They are also skilled assistants to HVAC Technicians in larger applications. CERTIFICATE NUMBER: 1645

CARPENTRY WORKER CERTIFICATE
Carpenter Workers or Carpenter’s Apprentices are skilled workers who work under the direction of a, Journeyman Carpenter, Forman or Leadman .  They perform general construction duties such as framing cement forms, rough framing of structures, and application of sheeting and installation of rough flooring.  Basic structural elements of residential buildings are taught.  This includes framing doors, windows, roof penetrations and truss systems.  This course also includes the teaching of basic drywall installation skills such as taping, texturing, patching and hanging drywall.  OSHA-10 certification is optional.  Safety regulations and their application are taught in the lab. PLUMBING WORKER CERTIFICATE
Plumbing Apprentices or Workers work under the supervision of a Lead Plumber or Journeyman Plumber.  As Maintenance Plumbers they may work alone and are skilled at making non-major repairs to systems and appliances.  They have a basic knowledge of drain-waste-vent systems and domestic water and sub-surface systems.  They are also installation specialists and can replace sinks, toilets faucets and a variety of other plumbing appliances with out supervision.  Safety regulations and practices are taught in the lab.  OSHA-10 certification is an option.
